13 students joined Theodist for the 2023 On-the-Job Training Programme

Education lies at the core of our values, and one of our prominent programs, the On-the-Job Training Programme, plays a significant role in preparing young minds for the professional world while offering invaluable learning experiences.

This year, we had the privilege of hosting 13 students from two schools in the National Capital District (NCD) for our On-the-Job Training Programme. The first group of six students hailed from Don Bosco Technical Institute, where four of them received training with our Printing Department, and the remaining two joined our IT and Service Center Team. The second batch consists of seven students from the IEA College of TAFE. Among them, five received training with our Human Resources and Administration Department, while the remaining two became part of our Purchasing and Procurement Team.

As their training concluded this week, we bid them farewell and extend our sincerest wishes for their future careers. With the newfound skills they possess, we have no doubt that they will excel and achieve great success in their future endeavors. Our collaboration with technical institutions enables us to bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-world application. The On-the-Job Training Programme is specifically designed to empower students with essential skills, knowledge, and attitude to thrive in their chosen fields.

Education remains the cornerstone of our values at Theodist Limited, as we believe in nurturing each individual to reach their full potential. As young Papua New Guineans equip themselves with knowledge and skills, they become the catalysts for positive change in our communities. At Theodist, we are dedicated to empowering these future leaders, helping them achieve their goals, and thereby creating a brighter and more prosperous society for generations to come.
