Theodist Ltd Reaffirms Ongoing Support with K25,000 Donation to Cheshire disAbility Services

The donation was handed over today at Theodist’s Business Superstore Showroom, with Ryan Pini, Corporate Development Manager at Theodist Ltd, and Gerald Bengesser, General Manager of Cheshire disAbility Services, in attendance.

Having supported Cheshire disAbility Services for several years, Theodist is committed to making a positive impact in the communities it serves. “We recognize the incredible work that Cheshire does, and we are proud to support their mission,” said Ryan Pini. “Our commitment to the community aligns with our values of promoting inclusivity and social responsibility.”

Theodist continues to take an active role in local initiatives, particularly those focused on fostering a more inclusive society for people living with disabilities. Pini added, “We understand the challenges many face, but we also know that they have not stopped Cheshire disAbility Services from carrying out their vital work with unwavering dedication and compassion.”

As Papua New Guinea approaches its 50th Anniversary in September 2025, Pini emphasized the importance of supporting those most in need during these difficult times. “We hope this donation helps as communities navigate these challenges, particularly those who are most vulnerable.”

Cheshire disAbility Services provides essential programs, including community-based rehabilitation, inclusive education, residential care, and livelihood empowerment. These initiatives have a lasting impact on individuals with special needs, enhancing their quality of life and fostering inclusion.

Gerald Bengesser, General Manager of Cheshire disAbility Services, expressed gratitude for Theodist’s continued support. “We are deeply grateful to Theodist for their generous donation of K25,000 to Cheshire and their continued commitment to support Cheshire and with this our wider Community. This support will greatly benefit our programs, including Residential Care & Protection, Inclusive Education and Early Childhood Education, Community Based Rehabilitation (CBR) and Physiotherapy Interventions, and Livelihoods Empowerment through our Young Voices Program”, stated Bengesser.

“Theodist's contribution will help us provide essential care, deliver inclusive education, vital rehabilitation services, and empower young people to aspire for more in life.

On behalf of everyone at our Cheshire Family, thank you, Theodist, for your unwavering support and continued commitment” concluded Bengesser.

Theodist Ltd looks forward to strengthening its partnership with Cheshire disAbility Services and remains committed to contributing to a more inclusive and brighter future for all.
